This truly exceptional, clean property has good hot continentalbreakfasts and knowledgeable staff. The room is pet-friendly and newly decorated with beautiful decor. It offers perfect, good location. The airport is 9 miles away, easy to reach. They care about guests, offer great service and shuttle to the airport. Keep in mind, the parking is in front of hotel. Every time we stay in Cranbrook, like to stay here...

The breakfast had a made-to-order omelette station, a standout feature. The loud noise from the main road was disruptive.

I've booked deluxe king suite and everything was great. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a shopping mall.

booked a room with good views, and the stuff where courteous and understanding people with the services and good staff. location of hotel was great and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

The room was super clean and had everything as expected. The beds were pillowtop and very comfortable while being firm enough. Breakfast was the best I've had at a chain hotel for a long time, with lots of hot food that was fresh and varied. The staff were amazing, friendly, and were really good too. A true delight.

Hotel was very clean and recently renovated. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy.

Requested early check in (2:30pm), but due to traffic and an accident on the highway, we arrived half hour past regular check in time which is 4pm. Room wasn't ready. No other room offered. Staff didnt accommodate, try and figure out an alternative, get a rush on our room, or anything. We ended up going up and looking for ourselves cause the staff seemed fine letting us wait in the lobby. Also the A/C didn't work. We also heard a lot of noise coming from the room next door.

It was very comfortable time in Cranbrook. Staff and food perfectly suited our needs. The staff were exceptional, took care of us during 3 days stay. We loved the Indian cuisine in the restaurant.

The bed was really confy

The hotel was beautiful! The entry was very inviting. The staff was polite, helpful, and all around great people. Our room was perfect almost like we were at home. Had an amazing sleep. The rate of the room was great for a couple that hadn't planned to stop while traveling through Albert and British Columbia!!

Nothing honestly this place couldn't have been better.

My family experienced several issues . The room had noticeable stains on the sheets, unacceptable. We also found the shower grout was grimy, and despite reporting it to the front desk, the response felt inadequate and unprofessional.
